On June 7th, 2025, Ines, the founder of Mies Editions, said yes to the love of her life, wearing a dress she designed herself.

“What started as a very personal quest quickly became something much bigger. Over the past year, I realised just how hard it is to find the dress.

I was looking for something simple, that felt like me, but elevated. Modern but timeless. Flowy, light... and honestly, at a price that didn’t feel crazy.

I couldn’t find anything that felt quite like me.

So I did what felt most natural: I created it myself, together with our atelier at Mies Editions.

And then,I realised, one dress wasn’t enough. As the wedding planning unfolded, I found myself needing more outfits: a look for the day before, something to slip into the next morning, a dress to dance in late into the night... Being a bride is a whirlwind, and with so little time and so many things to think about, having pieces that felt effortless, versatile, and right made all the difference.

I also wanted to design pieces that would feel truly special on the day of the wedding, but wouldn’t live only for that moment. Dresses that I could wear again, restyle, and keep as beautiful memories woven into everyday life.

And now, I want to share them with you.”
